Leaders from Kaiyuan City visited Yican Textile Industry Group and joined hands with peers to learn from the new chapter of textile industry
On the morning of December 4th, Kong Jinsong, Secretary of the Communist Party of China Kaiyuan Municipal Committee, Zhao Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Kaiyuan Industrial Park, Bai Limin, Deputy Director of the Work Office of China Textile Federation Industrial Park and Deputy Secretary General of China Textile Industry Enterprise Management Association, and other relevant leaders visited and inspected Yican Textile Industry Group.
Accompanied by the Chairman of the Group, Luo Liqin, the leaders of Kaiyuan City first visited the ready to wear product display area of Yican Textile Industry Group, and then visited the fabric display area. The clothing products with a strong sense of design and fashion, as well as the delicate and silky high-end fabrics, have left a deep impression on the city leaders. During the visit, the group leader provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, product categories, and market layout, emphasizing the high-quality, innovation driven, and sustainable development concepts that Yican Group has always upheld.
After visiting Yican Textile Industry Group, leaders from Kaiyuan City also visited Hang Seng Phoenix Digital Economy Industrial Park, Shaoxing Keqiao Weaving and Dyeing Industry Brain Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory) to gain a detailed understanding of the current development status of Keqiao's textile industry and its practical actions in building a modern textile industry system and cultivating new quality productivity.

n the afternoon of that day, the 2024 Yunnan Kaiyuan Shaoxing Keqiao Green Textile Industry Matchmaking Conference was held, hosted by the Industrial Park Work Office of the China Textile Industry Federation and the Kaiyuan Municipal People's Government. Representatives from China Textile Federation, relevant department leaders, Keqiao Textile Printing and Dyeing, and Fabric Enterprises jointly attended the meeting.
The location and resource advantages of Kaiyuan City in Yunnan Province are precisely aligned with the national western development strategy and the policy orientation of building national border industrial parks, highlighting its comparative and latecomer advantages. The continuously optimized business environment, gradually accumulated industrial potential, and precise and effective policy guidance have made it an emerging hotspot for attracting investment and undertaking industrial transfer from eastern textile enterprises. As an important gathering place for the textile industry, Keqiao in Shaoxing is actively promoting the transformation and upgrading process of local textile printing and dyeing enterprises in response to changes in production factor costs and environmental development needs. They are also vigorously exploring opportunities for cross regional industrial cooperation, striving to expand a broader market space and build a more long-term sustainable development blueprint.
Zhao Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Yunnan Kaiyuan Industrial Park, introduced the development status of the textile industry in Kaiyuan Industrial Park around "one platform, two radiation markets, four major advantages, and N choices". The planned area of the park is 19.79 square kilometers, with multiple industrial parks. It relies on natural, human, policy, and climatic conditions to lay the foundation for the textile industry, radiates international and domestic markets, closely cooperates with the Guangzhou Zhongda market, has an efficient logistics system, and has border trade policies to support the local economy, creating many favorable conditions for the development of the textile industry.
In addition, representatives of textile enterprises in Kaiyuan City also stated that Kaiyuan has abundant production factor resources, low costs, abundant coal mine resources, strong steam supply system, and convenient transportation, which is conducive to expanding international business.
Representatives from Keqiao Printing and Dyeing Enterprise discussed the development history and current situation of Keqiao Textile Enterprise. They recognized the advantages of Keqiao Printing and Dyeing Industry in terms of high production capacity and complete supply chain, as well as the new problems and challenges faced by the industry. Keqiao Printing and Dyeing Industry should respond to the national strategic call, focus on reform and innovation, digital empowerment, safeguard the high-quality development of the printing and dyeing industry, actively assume social responsibility, and promote sustainable social development. Regarding these issues, both sides actively discussed the treatment of printing and dyeing waste.
Kong Jinsong, Secretary of the Kaiyuan Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, pointed out that this docking meeting has become an opportunity for in-depth communication with Keqiao textile entrepreneurs, successfully obtaining extremely real and direct information feedback. At the same time, it has also allowed Keqiao textile industry operators to gain insight into Kaiyuan's investment environment, industrial foundation, policy benefits, and development potential.
