2013年,罗丽琴凭借水洗棉一个单品开启了自己的面料经营之路。2018年,抖音在全球范围内迅速扩张,成为时下最热门的应用之一。考虑到印花花型在视频中呈现效果出色,罗丽琴开始发布短视频进行宣传。彼时一个二批客户找到她,希望能够通过打版后上身穿着来展示面料产品,罗丽琴借着这股蓬勃发展的东风,找到专业团队,加码成本开始拍摄成衣展示短视频,将公司的印花面料推广出去。功夫不负有心人,短视频的传播让易灿纺织的产品被更多人看见,受欢迎的花型仅一款就能售出20万米。
2019年,烫金印花掀起流行风尚,罗丽琴在保留原有梭织产品的基础上毅然开辟新的板块,带领公司大量投身针织印花。然而,捕捉流行趋势并不是盲目跟风。罗丽琴从广州引进彩雕工艺,生产不同于市面上的印花面料。“一般来说面料印花一道过去就好了,它是要印两道,即第一次印过去看不到花型,然后回一道过来,花型才呈现出来。”罗丽琴介绍道,该工艺对底布有一定要求,通常使用CVC,效果更加精致逼真,颜色层次感也更强,一经推出就备受客户青睐。
鉴于花型的“保鲜期”较短,近年来,易灿纺织也延伸做素色和拼接面料。2023年下半年以来,新中式风格面料花型爆火,对标客户要求,公司则生产与提花面料相似的底布来做印花产品。今年,罗丽琴又新成立了一个公司专注销售CEY、四面弹产品,加强针对性销售……“客户拿我们家的面料基本可以不用考虑款式,我们把面料可以应用的最前沿的款式打版出来免费提供稿子给客户参考。”罗丽琴说道,易灿纺织总是站在客户立场去考虑问题,去设计和推荐真正适合客户、符合客户需求的方案,由此,她也成功成为“千万销量女裤背后的女人”。
在不断的发展升级中,易灿纺织凭借其品质高、价格优的自产底布,高效的运营模式,快速的出货速度,产品越来越多元,远销中亚、东非、越南、俄罗斯、韩国、孟加拉国、印度、土耳其等多个国家和地区,面料直接出口量和客户将面料制成成品的出口量就分别占比公司销售的30%,用实力接住了“泼天富贵”。

She found through investigation that Africans have darker skin tones, so they love to use bright and eye-catching colors to showcase their beauty, and their various printed fabrics have a "place to use". At the same time, the updating speed of flower patterns is fast and the timeliness is strong. If produced and sold locally, it can greatly save time. So she planned to send the domestically woven base fabric to Africa, establish a printing factory there, and sell the fabric. Currently, the company is seeking cooperation with local enterprises and governments, and will continue to conduct research and investigation in order to promote the development of the textile industry in both China and Africa.
On a small sticky note, Luo Liqin "copied" the "blueprint" for the future development of Yican Textile to the reporter. Centered around fabrics, it is divided into four major parts: domestic sales, foreign trade, clothing, and branding.
